財務省貿易統計によると、2015年の真珠輸出実績の総額は322億4千万円で前年比42.7%増と大幅な伸びを示しており、特にアコヤ真珠は75.8%増の167億円と好調。養殖の白蝶及び黒蝶真珠は20.2%増の141億1千万円。また、輸出先国は香港が全体の4分の3を占めている。

According to the Trade Statistics of Japan - Ministry of Finance, the total amount of pearl export performance in 2015 shows a significant growth (32.24 billion JPY, year-on-year 42.7% increase). In particular, exports of AKOYA pearls is strong (16.7 billion JPY, year-on-year 75.8% increase). Exports of cultured Black and White butterfly pearl increased by 20.2% (14.11 billion JPY). It should be noted that Hong Kong accounted for three-quarters of the total exports from JAPAN.
